4-months progress + Softmax/Hardmax Roadmap - What Should I Prioritize?

I’m 19, 177 cm, 63 kg. Attached Should be 4 month old photo and current front and side.

Quick backstory: I started focusing seriously on looksmaxxing about four months ago. Right now I’m primarily focusing on softmaxing by dialing in grooming, body fat percentage, hair, and skin.

I estimate I’m around 14% body fat currently and plan to cut to ~10% to maximize facial angularity and better assess my underlying bone structure.

Hair-wise, I grew it out over the past few months. I noticed my hairline shifting from Norwood 1 toward Norwood 2, so I started 1 mg finasteride daily. I’ll also be starting 2.5 mg oral minoxidil for overall hair density and eyelash growth.

For skin, I’ve been using GHK-Cu for about a month. I struggle with acne, so I’ll be starting tretinoin and micro-needling within the next week. My colouring is strong, so I believe clearing my skin will significantly enhance overall harmony.

Physique stats:
  • 19-inch bidelt
  • 32-inch waist

Short-term plan:
Cut to ~10% body fat to evaluate facial structure more accurately. At that point, I plan to get professional consultations to assess facial harmony and develop a more detailed long-term surgical plan if necessary.

After that, I intend to enter a dedicated mass-gaining phase to increase bidelt and overall aesthetic muscle groups.


Based on my current assessment, potential high-ROI procedures (long-term considerations, not immediate decisions) include:
  • Rhinoplasty (bulbous nasal tip, hanging columella)
  • Mandibular length adjustment / jaw surgery
  • Canthopexy for lower eyelid support
  • Fat grafting to improve recessed infraorbital area

Any constructive feedback is appreciated, especially if you notice shortcomings I may be overlooking or low-hanging fruit I haven’t addressed yet. I’m open to advice! :)
