I stopped because I thought I was getting leg acne from test but it was just an unknown allergy to nuts and I was eating a shit ton of nuts over the course of a week coincidentally so it was brutal

So I ran for like 2 weeks and stopped for 2 weeks

Better of to use Test to get a slightly above peak natty physique much quicker

Also OP how much weight did you gain in 4 weeks? Dosages?

and if you were getting a bit of acne why not run a AI to prevent that??? Did you not even research before starting your cycle lmfao @5.5psl

They’re poison, filled with fibre, cause illness, are seeds, filled with anti nutrients etc.
when I started test I blew the fuck up, even after like 5 years of (mostly, sarms here and there) natty training - eating 3-4K calories of steak, tallow, butter, maple syrup, organs (Lamb pluck 🤤), potatoes, so much fucking cheese, Coco Pops / Rice Bubbles (I don’t eat wheat, so rice cereals) with raw milk every night in bed while watching Death Note over and over.
Test is synergistic when it comes to carbs and (especially the carbs in) dairy - not only that, but generally; to build muscle, you need to be eating bioavailable amino acids - I’d slam a few steaks a day; Kangaroo, Lamb, Beef (Scotch Fillet/Rib Eyes).
Don’t waste your time with shit that will cause abysmal descension, also be aware that training will always age you - train for hypertrophy (not strength) and once you get to your goal physique, just train 3-4 days per week to maintain.
Use GHK-Cu too, will mitigate the rapid aging training causes.

What a fucking waste, did you even train natty before you started? I’m literally the same body fat percentage, but 20% bigger and I’m natty. You don’t need to risk steroid side effects to build that physique. This forum is full of autists.

Lol yeah I have a bit of bacne meaning I didn't do any research, don't know what aromasin is, don't know how hormonal changes effect skin qualify, didn't know that testosterone converts to estrogen, didn't know what any AIs were either

So given the ester weight, you took around 49mg of testosterone per week for two weeks and then got off. The body produces around 50-70MG per week naturally. At your age, likely on the higher end of that. You took a below TRT dosage.

Your results are natural. You would have gained virtually no benefit from a dosage that low.

Even on 500MG a week (the typical starter dosage) people do not generally report any major gains until the 4 - 6 week mark.

Yeah I was gonna ramp up dose to 125mg per week if I didn't get sides

If i got sides I was gonna stop at 100 per week

I only did this autistic shit because I was stressing about sides before and freaked out when I got hives on my legs and arms and thought it was from test so I stopped

(it was from an unknown nut allergy and coincidentally ate a lot of nuts)

Gonna work up to 100mg/week again over the course of the next 3 weeks while dosing EOD

If you're going to shut down your natural testosterone and risk not recovering fully, it makes zero sense to do so to run 125 MG a week (which is just a TRT dosage that will have virtually no impact on your gains unless you had low T beforehand).

And yes, the typical starting testosterone cycle for people looking to make gains actually consistent with being on anabolic steroids is 500 MG per week for 12 weeks. Some fitness influencers are beginning to advocate for a lower starting cycle of around 250 MG - 300 MG per week, but literally nobody is advocating for running 125 MG of test for those looking to make gains.

Testosterone, despite entering the bloodstream pretty quickly after an injection, does in fact take some time to result in noticeable gains for most people. Which is why it became very common for people to run an oral for 4-6 weeks at the start of their testosterone cycle. Go spend some time on steroid forums and you will see a bunch of threads like "I've been running test E for 4 weeks and have made no gains. is my gear bunk?"
