Waist is a good measure of body fat percentage.

OK so you're 6'3" 192 lbs. I'm 6'4" 180 lbs 33 inch waist (quite lean). Currently aiming for 230 lbs 33 inch waist to really look massive.

I'm not saying it's a necessity but it dramatically changes how easy it is to get laid with dating apps if you fill out your frame. 190 lbs at 6'3" is still pretty skinny. I used to be 195 lbs 20% body fat, now I'm like 180 lbs 10% body fat and in both cases, I never looked big. You need to be at least like 220 lbs (100 kg) 15% body fat to look big.

I was not saying you do, but 190 lbs at 6'3" is pretty skinny. I mean nobody ever though I was big when I was 190.

I personally struggle with dating and making friends due to autism, not looks, but I know that if I fill out my frame, people will just randomly approach me in the gym and making friends and dating as a whole will be easier, that and I also like the look and have big goals about how muscular I want to be in the future.
