Starting mewing 2020 and became habitual quickly after. We can see there is clear results from it. Facial changes not just lower third and jawline changes. You can’t say mewing is ineffective or cope it works .

Yes there is recession and yes the goatee covers some of it up. A lifetime of mewing will probably not recover the effects of 16 years of mouth breathing but it clearly lessenes the impact and is a great softmax.

Defiantly more developed from age didn’t get leaner but might have been just age. I seem to see mouth breathers always have recessed chins what’s to explain for that?
