basically yeah, after 1.5 years of bulking i could barbell bench 80kg for 5x5

my mate who plays rugby and doesnt lift ever randomly went to the gym one day and started repping out 40KG incline dumbbell presses like they were marshmallows, which equates to an easy 100KG bench press

ur body is in a constant process of hypertrophy and atrophy. Using roids would only prolong the atrophy process, nothing more

i already look pretty good when im lifting consistently tbh, i stopped going for 1rms and size a long time ago. for like the last 1.5 years i was only going to maintain since ive a pretty good frame and am naturally lean

at my peak bulk i was 91kg and looked and felt like a fat sack of shit. i hover around the 82-83 kg mark now and look great (184cm) so i dont need to roid

though ive been thinking about it recently, idk i dont think the roi is good enough for the sides. once im back in the gym i might hop on some mk/cjc but lets see. i was also thinking of becoming a tiktokcel so might have to roid for that

I have hard time cutting tbh. Easy for me to bulk up and gain both muscle and fat but I struggle to lose fat

I don't one rep max these days because I work out at some ungodly hour in the morning or night so there are no spotters available to save my ass. I can do 100 kg for 10-12 reps easily tho.

opposite for me, bulking was a nightmare and i hated every second.

82kg lean is great for your height. 1rm only matters to gymcels anyway
