The difference in quality of life is insane….
Compared to my old life of high stress, low paying work.

You have to work 40 hrs because 20 hrs doesn’t bring enough money.
But if you have low stress job then 40hrs should be easy.

I’m in blue collar work but I recently got promoted to a low stress department. Life has been on easy mode since then.

yeah I've had some casual work with a handyman my father's friend linked me up with, I genuinely can't imagine having to work my ass off like that nearly everyday for the rest of my life, pure suicidefuel

remote work is not ideal, especiially for young men who need to socialize and talk to guys/girls, usually there will be atleast a few foids at your workplace and you want to go there to talk to them, not rot at home
