pretty easy to get them

form a flat hand, finger together, thats your bait and try to provoce them so they attack this hand with their beak
then quickly grab them with the other at their neck and move upwards to skull.
Oftenly they dont attack with full strength with their beak because they give you a warning at first, eventhough they dont feel much at their beak
