Grew from 5'8 to 5'9 doing this at basically 18.
Fasting 48 hours raises insulin sensitivity and GH levels by 10x. When you refeed your body has 10x the GH to convert into IGF1, Since insulin sensitivity is high your body will be very efficient at converting all that GH to IGF1. As well since your 48 hours fasted your body(cells) Are primed to absorb any nutrients.
Eat and then sleep after 3-4 hours so your igf1 can work in your sleep improving its effectiveness at growing your body.
Think this is obvious but if you don't break your fast with high protein, high fat, and high carbs along with other necessary nutrients this may not be effective. My parents are 5'4 and 5'7 btw.
