in today's harsh competitive knowledge economy you need to be a man of superlative abilities and accomplishments regardless whether you're applying for a job at mcdonalds or applying for a position as a CEO.
Chances are even a minimum wage job would be a near impossible feat for OP.
You hear lies in the media all the time that certain sectors are desperate and understaffed, but it's all a lie, there is no profession that isn't oversaturated to hell and back
