When I look back it’s crazy how much time I spent on 4chan. Basically 15 to 19 4 years and all I can remember is browsing 4chan threads. My vidya/anime consumption was sparse in comparison.

I wasted most of my years on shit like discord, some obscure sites I used to use, & even Tiktok recently tbh. I’ve had like 12+ hour screen time on my phone surfing the web or browsing different apps for the past like 6-7 years

Same. I’ve done nothing worthwhile it’s actually pretty pathetic I’m literally unable to do anyways at this point I’m aspie + adhd. I also tend to lack skill in practically just about anything so I would have to work even twice as hard honestly even triple or quadruple the average person to get to a certain level.

Even then you could’ve trained yourself up to above average competence. And that alone is a major accomplishment for autists like us. There’s really no excuse to fuck yourself over like that. Imagine I drained basically 5 years of my life and most of my prime physical years wholly to internet usage.

I don’t recall even going hiking or doing basic things around the house. Literally nothing happened in my life. It’s insane. Basically like I was never awake.

I did do stuff outside the house but I did them too late. I went biking 2 nights in a row til 8am this summer listening to music but I realize how sad it was I didn’t get that experience when I was younger

I went jogging regularly and learned basic programming last summer mogged hard but tbh that’s kiddy stuff. At 19 I should be starting side businesses or be deep into a sport/skill. I’ve been an independent adult for 5 years what happened? I have not improved meaningfully since 14. 15 was my peak.
