Yo everyone,

I know this isn't like my usual shitpost, but if theres anything this recent 4th of July has shown me, I'm missing out. Obviously, my 4th wasn't bad, I hung out with my friends, briefly talked to a couple girls, swam, ect. I just feel like I missed out on the party aspect of it, people around me were drinking, staying up late and partying, all stuff I am just too high inhib and not confident enough for. I did not go to any parties. By the 4th of July next year, 2026, I plan to be taller, more muscular, more confident and have less inhibition.

Current stats:
- 5'11
- Skinny (fortunately not framecel)
- HMTN facially (I have never been rated but I'd say my looks are in this range and my life experience reflects it)
- Generally unhappy with my life (I feel like I overthink too much, and zone out often, almost like I am on autopilot. My short term memory could improve aswell)

What I will achieve:
- 6'0 or above
- Muscular physique, wide frame, big chest
- HTN or above facially
- Be happy in my life (less overthinking, mindful, focusing/hardworking more, low inhib)

How I plan to achieve this:

Height:


- HGH or height peptides
- MK-677 for appetite increase, sleep and slight GH boost
- L-arginine, L-glutamine and L-ornithine
- Sprints daily
- Lifting daily
- Healthier lifestyle in general (eating, how I spend my time, making sure I rest, ect)

Physique:

- Lifting daily (focusing on shoulders, chest and arms)
- Eating above my maintenance to gain weight (bulk)
- Vitamins and supplements (I don't know many supplements for booting test, if anyone knows any, lmk)
- Sleeping 8-9+ hours a day
- Eating clean and whole foods, no more processed junk
- Sun exposure

I am not likely going to take any form of roids, I don't want to mess with other hormones at 16, but I may when I am in my 20's and more informed.

Face:

Skin (I have already been doing most of these daily and have good results):
- Tretinoin
- Vitamin C serum
- Moisturizer with sunscreen
- Tanning/sun exposure (while minimizing sun damage)
- Washing face daily
- Cleansing with a exfoliator (I usually do this maybe once a week)

Eye Area:
- Volufiline on undereyes and upper eyelid (already been doing this, it seems to work with daily use)
- Tropical minoxidil on brows and eyelashes
- Eyebrow dye (brown/black color)
- Eyelash dye (darker black)
- Shaping eyebrows
- Eye brightening/sclera whitening drops

If anyone knows any ways to ascend the eye area, especially tips to get rid of UEE and get a stronger browridge, lmk in the replies

Facial Bones:
- Debloating and eating cleaner
- Jutting my lower jaw forward (looking into surgery for when I turn 18, this works well for now though)

The GH boosting that I will be doing will cause my facial bones to grow, not sure what else I can do, lmk if I missed anything
Hair:
- Tropical minoxidil on hairline
- Trying out different hairstyles (I have a year, likely going to get it cut shorter/buzz soon, see how it looks, and if its bad grow out from there)
- Sea salt spray/trying products
- Shampoo every couple of days

Misc:
- Volufiline on lips
- Will try putting hydrocortisone to shrink nose (unsure if this works)
- Potential surgery/implants when I turn 18 (this is a whole post in itself, will look into it)

Confidence/inhibition/mental state:
- Learn to meditate and be mindful
- Exposure therapy (going up to people, being myself more, being more outgoing, ect)
- Try different medications (I know it may be seen as the "easy way out", but I have already tried a lot of non medication methods, I won't go straight stimulants though. I also will consult a doctor to figure out what I should try)

This is definitely the part of my life I know the least about, if anyone fixed any of these mental and personality type issues, please reply and lmk.

Only if you inject actual HGH. The supplements are more of a "boost" to your natural production. At least thats what I read it as.

Try ghrp 6 for appetite if you really want to but It's not good to force feed yourself. Bulking in itself ain't that good, in the begging at least
Vitamins and supplements (I don't know many supplements for booting test, if anyone knows any, lmk)
Vitamins/test boosting products do very little unfortunately. They boost T with about 100 ng/dl but that's nothing. Its not going to improve aesthetics or muscle at all. If you want Vitamins get bloodwork and see If you lack any. If not, don't bother with them that much, especially multivitamins. A few are useful like D or B complex
Tropical minoxidil on hairline
Not good if you're receding, because it doesnt stop hair loss. If your hairline is naturally bad it won't do anything at all.
Eyebrow dye (brown/black color)
Don't go very dark unless you already have them naturally dark ish, because it won't look good most of the time.

And volufiline is pretty much cope unfortunately.

For skincare: do only SPF50, moisturizer and a cleanser.
Also tan and skin doesn’t go well together, choose one of them/ good skin or tanning.
Get rid of tretinoin and use the upgraded version of it- Tazerotene (which I mentioned above).
Also you didn’t mention good diet (which is the most important thing obviously).

sounds bluepill asf, but might work for some peoples tbh.
For high inhibition add propranolol,pregabalin and baclofen.

This seems like an overall good list. For lifemaxxing I’d say definitely start thinking about your future life and career more, it may just not be mentioned but if your gonna go through all this stuff to make your short term life better, you might as well start working on think like your extra curricular, grades, and test scores to make your long term life better, unless your not pursuing college. I’d say also work on other skills depending on what future career you choose to pursue as well as intelligencemaxx as a whole. This would mean eating well and start doing things like studying, learning about new things, and doing activities that use your brain more like getting into playing chess and then other supplements could be things like creatine and semax. I’d also say to do physical activity like get into running or do some sort of high intensity cardiovascular workout like basketball or swimming, not just lifting
 
Yo everyone,

I know this isn't like my usual shitpost, but if theres anything this recent 4th of July has shown me, I'm missing out. Obviously, my 4th wasn't bad, I hung out with my friends, briefly talked to a couple girls, swam, ect. I just feel like I missed out on the party aspect of it, people around me were drinking, staying up late and partying, all stuff I am just too high inhib and not confident enough for. I did not go to any parties. By the 4th of July next year, 2026, I plan to be taller, more muscular, more confident and have less inhibition.

Current stats:
- 5'11
- Skinny (fortunately not framecel)
- HMTN facially (I have never been rated but I'd say my looks are in this range and my life experience reflects it)
- Generally unhappy with my life (I feel like I overthink too much, and zone out often, almost like I am on autopilot. My short term memory could improve aswell)

What I will achieve:
- 6'0 or above
- Muscular physique, wide frame, big chest
- HTN or above facially
- Be happy in my life (less overthinking, mindful, focusing/hardworking more, low inhib)

How I plan to achieve this:

Height:


- HGH or height peptides
- MK-677 for appetite increase, sleep and slight GH boost
- L-arginine, L-glutamine and L-ornithine
- Sprints daily
- Lifting daily
- Healthier lifestyle in general (eating, how I spend my time, making sure I rest, ect)

Physique:

- Lifting daily (focusing on shoulders, chest and arms)
- Eating above my maintenance to gain weight (bulk)
- Vitamins and supplements (I don't know many supplements for booting test, if anyone knows any, lmk)
- Sleeping 8-9+ hours a day
- Eating clean and whole foods, no more processed junk
- Sun exposure

I am not likely going to take any form of roids, I don't want to mess with other hormones at 16, but I may when I am in my 20's and more informed.

Face:

Skin (I have already been doing most of these daily and have good results):
- Tretinoin
- Vitamin C serum
- Moisturizer with sunscreen
- Tanning/sun exposure (while minimizing sun damage)
- Washing face daily
- Cleansing with a exfoliator (I usually do this maybe once a week)

Eye Area:
- Volufiline on undereyes and upper eyelid (already been doing this, it seems to work with daily use)
- Tropical minoxidil on brows and eyelashes
- Eyebrow dye (brown/black color)
- Eyelash dye (darker black)
- Shaping eyebrows
- Eye brightening/sclera whitening drops

If anyone knows any ways to ascend the eye area, especially tips to get rid of UEE and get a stronger browridge, lmk in the replies

Facial Bones:
- Debloating and eating cleaner
- Jutting my lower jaw forward (looking into surgery for when I turn 18, this works well for now though)

The GH boosting that I will be doing will cause my facial bones to grow, not sure what else I can do, lmk if I missed anything
Hair:
- Tropical minoxidil on hairline
- Trying out different hairstyles (I have a year, likely going to get it cut shorter/buzz soon, see how it looks, and if its bad grow out from there)
- Sea salt spray/trying products
- Shampoo every couple of days

Misc:
- Volufiline on lips
- Will try putting hydrocortisone to shrink nose (unsure if this works)
- Potential surgery/implants when I turn 18 (this is a whole post in itself, will look into it)

Confidence/inhibition/mental state:
- Learn to meditate and be mindful
- Exposure therapy (going up to people, being myself more, being more outgoing, ect)
- Try different medications (I know it may be seen as the "easy way out", but I have already tried a lot of non medication methods, I won't go straight stimulants though. I also will consult a doctor to figure out what I should try)

This is definitely the part of my life I know the least about, if anyone fixed any of these mental and personality type issues, please reply and lmk.

Overall, I hope by the 4th of July next year I am confident enough in myself. I will look better, be happier, have lower inhibition and do more things. If anyone else would like to do this at the same time as me, DM me, its always more motivating to have others working towards the same goal. I will also be replying daily, stating that I completed everything I outlined in this plan, this is just a way to hold myself accountable.

dont cut your hair short if you arent lean or have top tier bones, its easier to fraud slightly better looks with longer hair most of the time, as long as your hair is healthy, also consider highlights, they can boost your coloring a bit and add a bit of texture

yeah it can look like shit if you have frizzy dry hair and dont style it, its higher maintenance than short hair thats for sure but as anything with looksmaxxing what might work for me might not work for you, but i think that longer hair can work if you dont have a narrow, long face. as to if longer hair is not NT - it can be a social death sentence if you go for certain hairstyles cause other guys will clown you and its gonna be obvious even to women that you are tryharding
also - u didnt specify whats your plan for bulking so imma say it anyway - dont dirty bulk, go for 300 cal surplus, AVOID GOING ABOVE THAT AT ALL COSTS (inb4 300 cals is not enough surplus to be accurate and/or not fast enough weight gain - yes, that's somewhat the point. the goal of bulking is getting more energy and building muscle with the surplus whilst not becoming a 28% bodyfat greasy pig for as long as possible, on some days of course you will not reach the 300 surplus because of calculation errors or whatever, no one is 100% precise but this strategy is gonna allow you to bulk for a very long time without gaining too much bodyfat, maybe 6-9 months even, depends on how much bodyfat you are willing to put on for the gains)
tldr; dont fall into the trap of "higher calories = more muscle and more strength"
i wasted 2 years doing this bs, lost muscle tone, facial definition and was bloated 24/7 and now cutting for 4 months and still suffering from the dumb choices i've made before jfl
 
as for supplements i would strongly recommend creatine, caffeine or preworkout (would avoid using if you like training late, might mess with your sleep)
fixing vitamin D deficiency can increase testosterone unless your levels are in the normal, healthy range (most people are deficient, and it's easy to just swallow a pill and not have to worry about it.)
i used citruline for some time, i think its cope and made no difference whatsoever for me, but maybe will improve your pump a bit if you really care about that
ashwaghanda is good for cortisol and improved my sleep a bit
protein powder is fine to use from time to time if you can't hit your protein in any other way, but i wouldnt depend on it on a daily basis
i think thats about it, there are some other supps that "work" but i didn't mention them either because i didn't have experience with them or they barely move the needle to the point it's fair to consider them cope / a scam

got to sprints and lifting for heightmaxxing, are u dumb bro thats the fastest way to kill ur growth hormone ur so ignorant go research it a bit, u should just get good diet and bedrot for u to maximize ur growth if ur older than like 12, if you really want to get big go to gym twice a week get a full body workout and focus on good diet and ull get close to same results but wont fuck up ur hormones

also u cant grow anymore if ur growth plates are closed, get them checked so u dont waste ur time and money on maxing ur height when u cant anymore, but hgh and mk can maybe be good for bones still but research that, half the people say its cope half say its not
