5,11 male turned 17 today

need some advice on what to do about my looks. i know i have sfs (short face syndrome) idk what to do im so lost, i think i might just need to get like really lean but idk what are some hard maxxes but not to hard maxxes cause i dont have alot of money i might be getting braces and and a palate expander. but i also wanna get surgrey to fix my lower jaw is that the problem i need help, and im still growing im pretty sure im most likely going to check to see if my growth plates are still open as last year around septemer i was 5,7 im around 5,10-5,11 now so hopeffuly i can grow more what are ur thoughts guys what should i do just about everthing
