My brother is 5,11 dad is 5,10 mom is 5,3. My brother is definitely blood related and I am too so am I genuinely just a genetic fucking defect. 6 fucking inches height difference and the doctor said my wrist growth plates are closing or closed. I'm going to get my legs checked soon but my brother was already 5,10 at my age so was I born to be a manlet. Someone please genuinely recommend me a peptide stack and source because I joined late to lm and don't wanna rope sm1 help.
 
honestly u might have not had enough gh as a child or during puberty. Imo you either got really really fucking unlucky or you did certain things wrong like malnutrition or being extremely obese. Things like sleep also dictate your height but lmk how ur nutrition is and how ur sleep is so i could give u a better answer if u want

Bro my dumbass was fucking starvemaxxing, and doing lots of cardio as a competitive athlete while waking up at 5am for practice. Is that probably why.

Hopefully I can do LL in the future but what can i do now, I'm wondering if getting on Gh will even do anything because my doctor said it's close to closing

Hgh is stupid cope for anything other then slight muscle gain. Unless you were prescribed hgh from like 7 to now youre not going to see any plus sides its all genetics.

depends on when u slept. If u slept at like 8pm then it’s ok but if you were sleeping a lot later around 11-12 then that’s genuinely fucked and that’s the reason you didn’t grow to your genetic limit. 8-10 hours of sleep is optimal for growth and recovery. Honestly, lock in right now and hope you grow another two inches. Focus on vitamins and other nutrients like calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Or you could just pin test and take aromatasin inhibitors

Im sorry bro its over raw milk is healthy but it wont do anything for you now. You will probably be a manlet for the rest of your life just try to cope along with it or rope

if I went to a country and got a prescription there, are there issues with taking it back to the US and is smuggling worth it?

I don't think malnutrition could be a case here. personally I have lost a third of my weight every time I went into hospital during puberty. I still ended up 3-4 inches taller than my dad
