lost 15lb in 2 months, I am expecting that rate to slow down but right now I'm just super curious if I have good genetics that I'll be able to fully reveal or if I'll just be not fat but still ugly.

things I've noticed: my nose's angle is off from some angles possibly due to a deviated septum, my jaw is kind of asymmetrical but I think 80% of it is teeth placement so Invisalign should fix it, and sometimes, at certain angles/expressions/times-of-day one of my eyelids becomes exposed (see the third picture) and I literally have no clue why or how to fix it.

From what I could tell you have easy HTN potential, possibly higher. Your nose and jaw are pretty easy to look past, a normie wouldn't even notice the asymmetry unless its pointed out. Nothing looks to disproportionate, especially not anything that would improve with leanmaxxing.
