water fast for 5 days, or 1500 calories a day of protein with cardio 1 hour a day for 5 days

yes,if youer losing motivation and getting hungry after 2 hours what makes you thnk you can do 1500 calories for 5 days when you will barely lose 1.5 pounds after the same amount of starvation

lets say your maintenance is 2000kcal, and you fasted for 5 days that would be 10k calories out probably mostly fat. and your body is smart it doesnt decrease it on the muscle its on the fat. but if you do this for like twice a month for every month jfl your gonna fuck up your metabolism and your body's going to adapt and be skinny fat
