I don't live in the west but I travel to west often and work closely with companies in the silicon valley. I have made more than a dozen work related trips this year. I have seen how these companies work, how their hire, their power dynamics and the job market there. It's all curries and ricecels in all kinds of tech roles from interns and junior level to senior positions and its Jews in management. Been like this since 2010s and these comapnies are the last to bend for some twitter comments.
