Started around 17.5.
Was doing boxing and basketball before but never really took gymceling seriously. It wasn’t until august when I started progressively overload and strictly followed a program.

you can do better than that man. Looks like you’re not even trying. That looks like 3 months progress. Drop down and give me 100 push ups

I feel like you arent dieting training and sleeping properly.

Also my diet wasn’t on point. I was eating carbs for dinner n shit jfl.

Do you eat the right amount of calories? You look more filled out and less flabby on the right

Rn I’m focusing on leanmaxing.
Aka losing fat but maintaining muscle.
I’m eating a high protein low carb diet while in a caloric deficit
