5'10 and I weigh 122 pounds

This morning I weighed myself and it read 122 on the scale. My body fat is around 16%; my cheeks still look like they have baby fat. If I decided to eat a lot more will it bloat my face even more? Should I go to the gym as well? So many questions.

You r one inch taller than me way 10kg less than me and have higher bf than me...you should def start lifting

You undeniably have a very petite, small skull then, and fasting is not going to help your case.

For your current state and current situation, I recommend you learn to train yourself at home, this book is great and easy to stick with, as for nutrition, as a beginner I recommend you dirty bulking, eat a lot, eat fast food, as much calories and as easy you can get them, like burritos or something, at that weight you really need to put on some muscle mass and I promise you will get it if you stick to this book.

Nah dude my skull is literally bigger than my whole body jfl. I also know it's not cause back in elementary people used to say I had a big head.

Bro you need to gain like 30 pounds minimum to be honest. When I was 145 at 5’9 before I started lifting I looked Auschwitz level so I can’t imagine what you look like. How old are you?

Sure how much calories should I eat per day though I have a fast metabolism. Last time i hit the gym i plateaued quickly.
Eat 3000 calories a day and lift 4-5 times a week for the 3 months and see where you’re at at the end of it. If you’re doing it right you’ll be around 140 lbs which is a good place to cut it down to like 2400 a day which would be a more gradual bulk.

Trust me you need some meat on you. No girl or guy is going to respect someone with the body of a middle schooler.

Start eating and lifting as much as you can

I'm 175 lbs @ 9% bf and I still feel skinny

Fix your androgen receptors and get your T up. Stop fapping and get lots of sunlight and your plateau will be pushed back. 2500 calories a day, but don't expect to gain BF%. Eat protein. Don't overthink it.
