I’m actually 5’9, but while ur here, read this:
I’m 16, had braces for 2 years: First I had springs/forsus to fix my overbite, then I had elastics, which I probably wore about 1/10 of the time I was meant too. I’ve just finished a couple months on accutane, just got some scarring along my jawline.
I didn’t sleep enough at 14 and I definitely didn’t eat enough at 15 (couldn’t be fucked making food for school), so Ima try save myself before it’s completely over . I think I need to increase bone mass/test, so I’m thinking d3 + k2/mk7 and just a high protein/calcium/overall nutritional diet?
Can anyone give me some decent advice?
I want genuine advice bro, I’m not tryna get a bunch of “it’s over” and “ltn in Mumbai”
