My family is around 5’7-6ft on moms side mostly 6ft or a bit less but I’m the shortest out of everyone I just turned 16 this August and I grew max an inch since then unfortunately my parents are short mom is 4’11 dad is 5’5 am I just cooked? What should I do blast hgh??? What other tips help me pls really considering ropemaxxing everyday due to my height

Your parents are very short so you will be short aswell

Blast hgh and try to get as tall as you can then get surgery that's the only way if you're under 5'5 rn

To be honest, you're better off just saving up for a height-extension surgery. However, in your teenagerhood you must fix your sleep, your diet (you can stop eating goyslop, processed food etc; prioritising meat, you can eat it raw as well if ur brave enough or in case if u find safe store or butcher), your hormones and your health overall.

If we speak realistically, if your growth plates are already closed its so over for you and none of those wont help you to get taller. So i cant give a specific number of how much you will grow.

Never forget about praying to Gandy 10 times a day atleast and fraud. You can wear boots or sneakers with elevators or high soles + heel pads or shoe lifters + wear lots of layers of socks and ig thats it.
