If you LDAR, have an inconsistent sleep schedule where you're sleeping less than eight hours, eating mostly plants/junk food, then it's okay(considering the circumstances)

You could reach 800ng/dl if you sleep, diet, gym, and sunmaxx

Thats a good range, nothing would change if you have 800ng/l instead, it is mostly androgen receptors that matter in situations where T levels are above 400. You can have 500ng/l and that T can be used very efficiently cause of rich androgen density, or have 900ng/l and be lower T looking cause of not enough androgen receptors to use that T

T results aren’t that reliable. Your blood testosterone levels vary so much throughout the course of the day. As long as you don’t have symptoms of low t, then you probably aren’t low T
