5’7 15m 170 pounds cut or bulk?

I am wondering if I should cut down to healthy weight or bulk during puberty thoughts? I am pretty overweight mid high 20s bf

u look like a tube of toothpaste, i would just leanmaxx while building muscle + strength trainning

no bullshit bulk or cut or whatever, just eat high protein whole foods + incorporate light cardio + strength training

maybe like 200cal above normal daily intake but certainly no 'bulk'
