need tips with staying debloated and my skin mainly, i often fraud with angles and clear skin filters so thats why i included 4 pictures because it has other angles n shit ik my height is a big failo and im thinking about frauding w shoe lifts any suggestion?

nigga lookin like david laid. wym staying debloated? just drink water and eat decent? Idk, u cant stay fully debloated all the time prolly, like i just be bloated sometimes in my face, when im stressed and shit or smth.

ty it’s just my face that gets bloated n idk how to fix it when it does i just notice some days i look good some day i look bad
