I have severe posture issues + apt + nerd neck I think its defo possible

When I lowkey get a heart attack and fall down to the floor but I gotta start hitting sum moves because my spine is fully straight laying down so I can be seen as 5’11 to the bystanders

yeah it was 120 degrees. I was in terible pain and my spine was a reverse c it was brutal but being 6'1 after surgery was legit lifefuel

The pain is manageable now but i unironically got traumatized due to the pain right after surgery. I felt like i was being ripped apart and almost got addicted to painkillers
