i am 5'9 at 14 i want to reach 6'6 my dad is 6'2/6'3 my grandfather was 6'1/2 my mother is 5.8 and i want to reach 6'6 what do i do

(Make sure u get the right amounts by telling a doctor you will do it anyway no matter what he says and his job is to keep you healthy, if an alcoholic goes to him gives him stuff doesn’t force him to stop alcohol)
Improve th fuck out of your sleep (1mg melatonin per day 1 hour before sleep)
Diet (eat a lot of animal protein since it comes with protein and nutrients)
Diary eggs meat
Exercises for height are mostly cope

i would but idk where to buy the products from, i do take melatonin (2mg/3mg) , i sleep 11/10h (i dont know where to get dairy eggs from, neither do i know how to get red meat)listen to this guy
ive seen people that were 5'8 at 16 and were 6'3 at 20you will grow for years but if you will be under 6'1 at the age of 16 there is a small chance you grow bigger anything than 6'3
(but u should cope im not right and you randomly sprite up to 6'5+)
thats the rarer case, i was always tall hence the experience i can useive seen people that were 5'8 at 16 and were 6'3 at 20
