What about Tesamorelin ?

No idea tbh, a lot of peptides seem like memes except for like BPC-157 and maybe GHK-Cu. I've also seen people say that CJC + Ipam doesn't even affect Gh as well. I'm gonna experiment with GHK and Epithalon myself and post about it here soon but even people who swear by Ghk don't post good before + after pics.
