I eat till I literally can’t anymore. I’ve been throwing up all day due to the shear quantity I ate yesterday, my body completely rejected the amount of food. I also only really move to go to the gym. The rest of the time I am studying or shitting. You don’t know me son.

Im on nearly a gram of gear. Im pretty light rn, only 65kg. I am no where near ogre. Zyzz use to gain like 10 lbs every week when on cycle, im doing the same.

I have an androgynous face. I got more oneitis when I was bulked up. It helps with my dimorphism. Im mostly focusing on widening my frame allot.

What?? XDXD it doesnt work like wtv way u think it does, 1kg = 7700 cal and thats it, ur height has nothing to do with it. Height is only relevant here when u r talking about BMR.

I can even tell u more, the taller u r, more calories ur body will burn so for a 6 foot person to gain more weight it’ll be harder than a 5’9 dude.
