I'm done. I think. I haven't grown more than an inch since last year. best I can do is to wear lifts or silicone socks with decent shoes and reduce the mog in the streets as much as I can. otherwise, I'll go insane.

my shoes are 4.5 cm and I'll get a cork insole of 1 inch, making the increase to 7 cm including shoes. It isn't much but still better than before.

they're both short. dad is 5'7 like me and mom is 5'1. i'm done and I know it. at the very best I'll get an extra inch if I eat and sleep well and do some exercises.

You could perhaps reach 6ft through LL and 1 natural inch, then you could fraud with 2 inch lifts to reach 6'2.
