Depression during covid lockdown got to me brahs and I put on chunks of weight and lost most my muscle mass

Here is my comeback from July till now

Also got upper eyelid surgery on Tuesday to ascend higher - Will post before and after eye pics after the operation

His development in 6 months is not hard at all. Well within his genetic limits.
Yeah I have alot of muscle memory as I used to lift alot at university and in my early 20s. I just lost alot of it from inactivity and had higher bf in the first pic.

Just eat big, clean and lift 5 days a week.

Yeah same. When you were previously big it is very easy to build muscle again and rapidly we're talking

These guys are starting from scratch so they think your gains are cheat lol

don't think so. It's just how i'm smiling in the picture. My dentist says my teeth are doing well so I assume not?

Yeah sounds about right. I tend to find MTB easy hookups and date higher.

You're right, I tend to date more intellectual girls who are often more reserved and thoughtful.

How often do you workout per week?
I probably walk everyday around 10k steps and then do weights 5 days a week for around 75 minutes.
