expand with mse then get bimax because bimax is more of a finalizing surgery. with mse your bone grows gradually and when you take it off your bone is perfectly fine. then get bimax and have your recovery and be done with it. I think you might have to wait a while for your mse after bimax cause after that your entire face needs to heal and grow a fuck ton of new bone and strengthen it
