u need to eat at maintenance and eat high protein and work out, also if ur under 5'9 and 60kg u got some more cutting to do

I had a friend in highschool who spent the whole day playing world of warcraft instead going to school. was less than 55kg most likely, 170cm and he had a six pack. At like 15.

if u really dont train abs and theyre undeveloped they wont be noticeable,u neee to train them but they wont ever be noticeable if u dont cut down to a certain bf percentage.

But now at what bf percentage u can see ur abs is individual,it depends on 2 factors:

1. How developed ur abs are
its really hard to not have developed abs as long as u do any kind of sport the truth is u will have enough-developed ab muscles

2. Genetic fat distribution
This one is a big one.You cant change it,its all genetics.
Someone may be able to see their abs at 18%bf some at 14%
Whil some people would have to reach 11-10% bf to see their abs because they store more fat there.

But in conclusion if u cut down to single digit bf u will have defined abs
