It's been 4 months since my previous thread, I promise to share my results on RLT and I'm a man of my words.

The results are amazing. Wow! My skin has never been this perfect!
I can see big improvements on my wrinkles, skin texture and overall skin health from collagen maxxing using stuff like tretinoin, RLT, vit C, & matrixyl.

Collagen maxxing is very important especially if you do steroids, going all in collagen to keep your youth and for better skin is very worth it to counter attack the side effect of steroids.

My routine is
- 3x per week
- 15-20 minutes
- 15-20 CM from panel

Pretty sure in the test study they didn't use a $6 led red light instead using something a bit more high tech.

Also I'm pretty sure them red heat Lamps you get for geckos are the right colour wavelength and less likely to be false advertising.

the light I used is the same wavelength. 660nm.
and the light I bought was selled for plants.

Idk what's the difference between the expensive and this one. All I care that the lamp is in the desire wavelength.

The seller who sells this also sells
red light therapy but it's 115$

and this below is the one I bought for 6$ and his selling this for plants
