I know that my cal intake should be around 2.7k-3k, but I am not sure what to do for working out my home gym is some what limited i have all the dumbells a chest machine back machine, pull down machine and some leg machines but not like smith machines. I want like a david laid physique not to sound like a cornball but how many times a week should i work out and how long each work out. I want to grind over summer break(2.5months) please let me know what to do and how much kg i can gain.(no roids)
