Either grow your hair out to like cheekbone length, or buzz/fade the sides and maybe trim the top a bit.
 
Would personally go with the latter I think.
 
Or maybe buzz/fade the sides, but grow the top out.

I think your hairstyle is softening your appearance. I think you should go for short on the sides.

get your bodyweight in grams of protein, daily, so if you're like 165 pounds, consume 165 grams of protein, daily, that should increase your IGF-1.

Supplement vitamin D3 at 5,000-10,000 IUs daily, and vitamin K2, Mk4 form, those both should increase your testosterone/androgens a good bit, as well bone density and size. I can send links if you want.

Those three things I mentioned should lead to bigger, stronger bones, and more masculine, dimorphic features, worth trying for awhile. I don't think that you look "prey-like" enough to warrant using steroids.

Get sufficient/optimal amounts of micronutrients.

Topical or sublingual (under the tongue) DHT, would probably achieve what you're looking for, and from almost everything I've read, is not suppressive like steroids or exogenous testosterone, meaning it won't suppress your natural production of androgens.

Whether or not DHT causes balding is debatable and if it does, it probably depends on your genetics.

even just being high MTN is good from a PSL perspective, cuz imo the average man IRL is LTN, and u have good physique, and im not sure how the ethnic tax is in australia, u should be fine

everyone is 6'2 now bruh, im 187cm at 16 and feel average af everything is messing up with me now. i hate it here

You should gymaxx, Id recommend a high calorie surplus bulk for 10 months before considering either a cut or a continued bulk. Then when you reach 20 hop on cycle
