Eat goddamit there's a reason you're a twig you don't eat enough. I managed to go from 128 to 155 in like 6 months just by eating more. Force feed till you feel like throwing up, your body is used to being empty it will be hard but you'll adapt

At a minimum you should be 160 at your height

I’m the same height and used to be 116lbs. I weigh 180lbs now. Here are my secrets:

-Cyproheptadine (or Apetamin syrup). It’s an appetite stimulant. You take it 3-4 times per day. You can also take it before going to sleep and you’ll wake up hungry in the morning. The Syrup is ideal but more expensive .

-Mass gainer + hot coffee. 1 scoop of mass gainer in a shake bottle with coffee makes it taste great. I like to prepare these before going to bed so I only have to pour the hot water and whole milk when I wake up.

-Snack on nuts. One small bag of cashews contains 1200 calories and only costs £0.70 per bag. They taste good, they’re high in protein, high in fats. Buy unsalted if you have high blood pressure (which you shouldn’t because you’re underweight.

-you’re probably dehydrated which is making you constipated and suppressing appetite. Try to drink 2L fluid per day, “soda” or Gatorade are great if you don’t live in communist UK

Despite all of these helping, the only definitive treatment is to fix your depression.

I don't understand how people can't figure out how to gain weight. It's like the easiest fucking thing to do. Do you not like food?

For breakfast I eat 7 eggs with 4 pieces of toast and some bacon, for lunch I normally eat 6 tacos, and for dinner I normally just have a granola bar or something. I do eat bro :unsure:

and i thought me being 5’11 and 135 was skinny

You need to eat at least 6 meals a day to gain weight, you eat 2 full meals + a snack, that is not much food. When i was skinny i thought I ate a lot, you are not eating a lot until you feel like throwing up
 
MK677 to increase ghrelin and make you hungry. Plus recovery gains.
