I am 16 and play football and am going to play in college,I can't loose weight but I am in the process of leaning out and becoming a lean 235. any advice? I have cut my curls down a little shorter recently. I do get a lot of girls and im not worried about that, I js want to reach my max potential. I need a better jaw and better eye area, I know that so some advice would be helpful in those areas aswell. But everything helps thank you.
