Not enough muscle mass. You have a greater proportion of body fat compared to lean mass (Muscle, bone, water, etc.)

ive lost this weight primarily by lifting/cario and OMADing. i was about 72-73 a few months back

Honestly I have the same problem I have visible abs but my face looks like I am 25% bf I hope it’s just baby fat and it will go away but if not I will have to use some fat dissolver

its really weird, its like disproportionately fat compared to my body, i hate it... just makes me depressed. i am 19, so my babyfat should have gone away by now. idk

I am 17 and I hope that it will just go away. If I were 19 I would probably just accept that it is genetic fat distribution and use fat dissolver

In severe cases, it's actually easier to add lean muscle mass, than it is to try and lose body fat. This is the age-old "skinny fat" problem.

Continue in a calorie deficit, while also committing to a strength training routine. Full body 3x a week is all it takes, especially for beginners. Look into a program like Starting Strength or a similar 5x5 routine.

That's why I worded my comment, "...committing to a strength training routine." You're already on the right track bro, you just need to commit and remain consistent. It's worth mentioning you're already very low in body weight, if you're having that much physical activity you can definitely afford to eat at maintenance.
