Stop the cope. It doesn't matter what you do at this height, your height will always be the talking point.
Someone arguing with you? They better stay in their lane. Someone else trying to steal the spotlight? Think again.
It's not about muh wamen. At this height you are a massive presence anywhere you go. You will automatically be respected by everyone you meet. You can walk through busy central London and Chinese tourists and 6'3 peasants will be looking up at you.
You automatically achieve "greatness" as a human tbh.
Just play basketball and become an NBA player bro
The only downsides are that you have to eat more and workout more in order to fill out your frame, and that you will struggle to fit in some places, e.g. leg room, trains etc.
You could go even taller. But I think this height range is a good balance between the "6'3-6'5 is ideal" and "you gotta be 7'+ bro". If you're 7'+ you're gonna struggle to not look like a beanstalk and being in public transport or even cars would be a nightmare
