normal range is 3.9-5.6 so 5.7 is to be expected, hgh and hgh secretagogues increase blood sugar and youre likely to be at top of normal range, you may go above if you eat too much carbs or too much high glycemic foods, if so then scale them back a bit until you get back into the normal range, you should look to reduce it if you go any higher, keep checking and if your week long or two week long average is above 6 then definitely start managing your blood sugar better

you just began and previously had low does, hgh does not have that great of an effect in glucose levels tbh, it very food dependent

High hgh = insulin resistance

not really directly through high glucose in many cases but because of serine phosphorylation in IRS1 (insulin receptor substrate-1) which inhibits it, that is a insulinic pathway and this decreases insulin sensitivity and hence cause insulin resistance but you can fix this with aspirin and temporarily even increase igf1 levels

Didn't do bloods yet, will probably do them in late october as per my usual health checkup. I'll just ask for igf1 analysis.
