Im currently 15.5 192cm and 84kgs, i kinda fucked up in gr7 because I barely slept i just played games but im trying to fix it i find it best to sleep at 11:00 and wake up at 6:00 because if i sleep at 11:00 i have enough time to do my own stuff before getting ready for bed since im very busy with sport and school is it alright or should I prioritise sleep over extra time where i could do stuff that influences my well being and etc
