my mind used to slip between reading this whole forum and stopping where I am, I've currently read around 38% of this forum and have decided to stop there.

never reach for perfection, reach for 70% perfection.

that's the tip, around 70%, it prevents my mental health from deteriorating. have seen no one mention it in here.

another tip while you're here is that you should have moments where you can quiet your inner voice and just feel the flow, like when you're drunk. quieting your inner thoughts. I know it can be hard to do and you might call this hippie bullcrap but it's legit when you finally get it. I have my moments where this is impossible for me but today, I can fortunately say how I'm at peace.
