I look normal but I am considered 'severely overweight'(almost obese) when looking at BMI (height+weight).

Depends, certain groups like asians in the States have lower obesity and are smarter and live longer than the people in all EU nations (of all backgrounds). Statistically, the even white euros are dumber than US whites lol
