Height means nothing, it's over, nail in the coffin!
I fell victim to the height hype.. I started heightmaxxing at 15 thinking it would make me more dom..
I indeed got taller and bigger, but didn't reach my end goal of 7'2" giant... now I'm not wanting to grow more since I am Badr Hari size currently
Shawn Bradley, a 7'6" NBA legend was riding his bike in rural Utah when a car clipped him, he flew into the air and landed on the pavement
He is now paralyzed for life and wheelchair bound
"But, but, I thought being taller gives you superhuman abilities and makes you invincible"
I thought so too. I would be heightmaxxing for hours, overdosing on calories, trying to get taller & I would get so much joy of seeing my bones grow and lengthen
But then i realized, being taller didn't help me lift up heavier things, it didn't give me more stamina. The only thing it helped me do was gain more weight that summer. Now we see that even a 7'6" giant is mortal.
The only thing that height gave me was more attention in public, that which I already had since I was always above average height growing up.
My point is, we can leave height in the past. I now know it is cope. We can stop talking about it, we've experienced the truth. Its DONE. PAST! GONE!!
This is why I tell you all, you must looksmax to see if that is actually your problem, or if it is your mentality
