Update on my leanmaxx: Just had a cheat meal, but i’ve been pretty consistent.

I’m currently at 14/15%Bf and i’m aiming to lose more weight and to reach at least 11/12% By End of the year.

I noticed how (even if i’m debloated af because i’m restricting certain stuff) i still have buccal and face fat.

Obv i’m 19 so i know i won’t look like Barret, but i don’t have hollow cheeks in normal lighting, and at the touch of my skin a feel fat tissue beneath.

I believe when i’ll hit 10% and below, i will lose my face fat and kinda ascend (or maybe look dead) but i’ll try and let y’all know.

i already reached 12% bf before but i didn’t have hollows because i didn’t debloat, let’s see now.

Most models don't have hollows in normal lightning, hollows are cope. What you should see is zygo definition and sharper ramus, and overall lower cheekfat obviously in normal lightning

Ghrelin is a bitch I struggle to do intermittent fasting because my body tells me to eat carbs every fucking time
Whereas some easily hop on keto, carnivore without any problems
People really do function differently

Some people have hollow cheeks in public lighting and it’s a brutal mog.

9 is a bit high of a goal. Aim for 5. If you want to improve slightly, improve slightly, but don't expect an ascension if you're barely in the single digits.
