In most cases the transplant looks either fake/ugly or is way to conservative.
Most of these victims would be better suited with a hairsystem.

yeah donar hair is soo limited and most people who lost hair early lose it in donar too

it's case by case basis & better than nothing. these guys are near NW5-6 it's extremely hard to get much back at that point. if oyu look at brett mavericks transplant it looks real good even for a turk job. the rule is the more save the betetr it'll look as for hairline you can always ccover up with cerrtain hair styles. yes it'll never bet he same as natural hair but again beter tha nothin.

A lot of them don't style their hair properly either tho, that makes the transplant look more obvious.

I've seen a lot of transplant results that look good too, depends on the surgeon.
