also do u recommend first two yrs of lifting to be hypertrohpy/aesethetics mostly and then transititon to powerlifting ?

all i ever did was powerlifting
From all my research iv'e learnt it seems for the first two yrs of hypertrohpy u gain 90% of ur max natty gains and then when u transition to powerlifting you have a much larger base/potential to lift heavier weights.

all this could be cope and i could just do strength training for day 1 of natty lifting ?

my untrained 1 rep max lift's are:

bench press: 80kg 1 rep max

deadlift: 130kg (no belt) 1 rep max for long pause

squat: no

overhead press: no

row's: no

tbh if ur a skinnycel like me then variety seems good. some days powerlifting, some days calisthenics, other days athletic bodybuilding. variety and flexibility is good. just gotta eat enough
