Get hydrogen peroxide gel pens.
They are basically a brush with hydrogen peroxide.
They are way easier to apply and even doe they require more effort to use (gotta keep mouth open for like 10+ minutes)
they work faster ( i got a 8% one that helped me after just 2-3 uses)
