Ts is the shit i used. Put like a generous amount on ur knee and smear its around where it hurts.

Then roll this thing around it. Dont wrap it too thight.

After the soft one u wrap this rubbery bandage thing, that streches, around the knee. Wrap it thighter to prevent it slipping down and cuz it will support ur knee and wont hurt as much.

Watch some yt vids im sure the doctors and shit will explain better than i do.

Unwrap it before showering and let it breath while u are sleeping and rewrap it in the morning.
