I do them like twice a week and always warm up my shoulder before a work out

This one side is so fucking weak while the other can probably do 20kg more on the bench with one hand

Need a physio or surgery depending on how bas it is, I destroyed mine back in March but its nearly fully healed now thanks to seeing a physio for 4 months

It will cause more problems if it keeps coming loose like that, at least it didn't full come out of place. you are looking at about 8 weeks in a sling and 6 months before you can play sport at the earliest. Get the surgery if it comes out again, your labrum is fucked.
