So about 4 months ago my digestion turned really shit like my stomach was roiling making it hard to sleep (this does happen when i eat the 'wrong' foods for my sensitive gut but this time it was happening with good foods regardless and it felt different and was followed by the two following symptoms: my dick stopped working, my poo started to become runny and turned a clay colour and i was feeling a deep fatigue, couldnt do shit.

So I eventually figured it out (I think) and blamed it on me leaving my Brita water filter out leading to mould buildup and I was consuming mould daily. Stopped using that and started eating probiotics.. gradually felt a little better, but it keeps going through cycles where soem symptoms are relieved, then return. Like the mould has colonised in my gut and keeps rebuilding?

My poo is still runny 4 months later! I haven't had a proper poo since. The awful clay colour is gone, it's nearly a normal colour now but not quite the same as it used to be, it's light brown instead of my old normal brown. Nothing seems to be forming into solidness in my gut.. when I go to sleep I can feel the liquid in my stomach, even when I've barely eaten anything, it's just bubbling in there. It really doesn't like me lying down. Still have slight fatigue, always feel full in the morning no matter how little I eat, now I can't eat much in the morning which is how it was at the start.. yet midway through I was able to eat properly again. Now I can't again. Gut is always bloated. My dick went through a good stage and now it's back to not working, in coordination with symptoms worsening a bit again (aside from the poo colour which has bettered, but not the runny poo consistency). Bad foods do make it all worse. Probiotics don't seem to be doing anything anymore if they ever were.

yeah i eat fruit and oats and shit. diet hasn't really changed except i've been eating better and less while coping with this shit.

No, I have to defeat this on my own.

And I don't have diarrhea, I'm having the one daily poo at the same time as always for the past 15 years. It's just runny.

Gut Dysbiosis and/or SIBO due to mold exposure, with lingering inflammation and microbiome imbalance.

Yeah, I don't think it's anything more major than that. My symptoms aren't that bad. I had potato chips and pepsi yesterday and this morning my roiling gut and poo runniness were worse.

Processed and sugary foods make it worse. Avoid triggers like chips and soda, stick to simple whole foods, and support your gut with spore based probiotics and digestive enzymes. Stay hydrated with clean water. If it doesn’t improve after a month or so, go see a doctor.

How it can potentially connect to liver dysfunction?? It could be a pancreatic mass for example obstructing bile flow which contains the above mentioned substances..


It also contains enzymes that digest fat..


A Mass could be anything from Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma.. to a gallstone.. (latter being unlikely cuz u wouldve ended up in ER cuz overwhelming pain)


It could be an autoimmune condition too.. such as:

Primary billiary cirrhosis.. where ur immune cells attack ur bile ducts for no reaaon..


Woul explain both clay colored stools, Fat malabsorption... FATIGUE is also a very common symptom

Sounds like your body over time became unable to handle or detox the toxins from your food and water.

Is immediately recommend taking glutathione either injections or a transdermal spray from aura wellness as they have the only proven effective spray and patent in existence.

I recommend using glass containers only for water at least 10 gallons of glass jugs and make sure they don't have a harsh chemical smell inside. Then fill them up at stores with pure reverse osmosis water unless u have ur own system.

Until things get rectified I highly recommend a soft food diet and organic whole foods only.

1. Mostly fruits like mangos plantains avocados jackfruit. I might stay away from acidic fruits as they are inflammatory. The seeds of berries can cause inflammation. Apples pears and grapes.are high in arsenic. Go for organic raw and fresh.

2. Steamed squash like acorn pumpkin and butternut. Don't eat the hard parts that don't fully soften. Remove the seeds

3. Potatoes sweet potatoes African Yams. All peeled and steamed or baked.

4. Buckwheat, oats,.millet and garbanzo beans..cooled on low and soaked for st least 12 to 24 hours.

5 most animal products are acidic don't help the detoxification of your body and are high or moderate in heavy metals. If I really want some animal protein I'd recommend duck eggs as they are one of the few.animal products that are low in heavy metals,.assist the body om detoxifying and alkaline
. It's best to eat them raw
. Try to get them pasture raised and organic from a local Amish farm.



Track everything Including each meal, symptoms from the meal like inflammation, tiredness , weakness, nervousness, bowel movements, your sleep, T levels, etc


Supplementation that assist
1. Binders and chelators like spirulina chlorella garlic allicin extract zeolite and benotite clay. These things remove the toxins from your cells then bind to them and water flushes them out.

2. Teas like green tea and milk thistle help detoxifying the body by improving the health of the liver.



Bonuses

1. Saunas are a great method for a daily detox. I recommend at least once a day for 30 minutes bare minimum. You can get a sleeping bag sauna for a about $300.

2. Glutathione transdermal spray: if u select this method id recommend doing it as much as possible basically every for hours for a 24 hour period. Have your natural glutathione levels and heavy metals tested with a blood draw of an organic acids test before hand then after six months of treatment ur levels should be normalized snd if not then there's something very wrong. I'd take these tests first before spending a ton on all these other things but it sounds like this may be your main issue. As u become more toxified the liver produces less glutathione and as u produce less glutathione then I become more toxified and ur digestion suffers because my have extreme dysbiosis and your microbiome is failing. I'd recommend looking into s complete GI map with a zonulin test to see what ur microbiome looks like inflammatory markers, gut bacteria, and if u have leaky gut syndrome.

I also recommend mono meals 2 to 3 per day. If ur inflammation is extreme for 3 days and u r getting worse. Try a 2 to 3 day dry fast..don't do it if u r already severly underweight.

If u suspect I have leaky gut syndrome then immediately go on a four day rotational diet and eliminate all food intolerances which I can demonstrate in ur daily journal.
 
I had this same issue ish I just had diarhea 24/7 and turns out it was fibre
